The EU's failure in the Democratic Republic of Congo

Here you have a link to a NOTE I wrote for Katoikos about the European Union's Missions for Security Sector Reform in the Democratic Repubic of Congo. This piece is a sort of abstract of a longer academic paper that will be published soon.
Katoikos is a very interesting project, with the goal to reach normal citizens across Europe, get them interested in European affairs in the largest possible sense, and encourage them/you to engage in horizontal dialogue. Its goal is also to help fellow EU citizens develop opinions on European issues that we often do not know much about, although we should and we must, because they impact our lives. I am happy to have contributed to this project with this piece on RDC.
