Women for Africa Foundation and New York University (Wagner): Ghana Wins

We have celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of young women leaders, in Ghana. They have benefitted from intensive training in leadership development and from a year long coaching process. Our coaches are four of the most renowned women leaders in Ghana. All the participants in this program have designed and implemented an action learning project. The projects have dealt with issues such as domestic violence, sexual harassment, fight against corruption, child slavery, etc, etc.
Congratulations to all the participants!
And we have already welcomed the participants to the second cohort. Another group of very promising and inspiring young women leaders from Ghana.
